BOXING

Learn the “Sweet Science” at your own Speed. Work on all the Skills included in a Boxer’s Workout: Jump Rope, Footwork, Strength and Conditioning, Abdominal Workouts, Head-Movement, Punch Combinations, and more. Make no mistake, we aren’t Flash Dancing on the Bags, but you only get punched in the Face if you want to! From Beginners to Champions we have something for everyone.

 

 

MUAY THAI

“The Art of Eight Limbs”, one of the World’s best forms of Stand-up/Striking Martial Arts. It teaches the utilization of our body’s eight major weapons: 2 Hands, 2 Elbows, 2 Knees, and 2 Feet. Like any Program here, you only take this Training as far as you like, it’s for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. It’s a Skills Class dealing with Excellent Conditioning, Strikes, Blocks, Footwork, Defensive Techniques, Clinch Work, and some Traditional Thai aspects of the Ancient Art.

 

 

Jiu Jitsu

A Japanese and Brazilian Martial Art based on Submission Grappling. At UND1SPUTED we use a System of Jiu Jitsu called Baret Submissions. It is a Hybrid American Blend of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, and Freestyle Grappling. It was developed by our Head-Instructor, multiple-time World Champion and Top-Ranked Grappler Baret “The Finisher” Yoshida. Get in Shape and learn flawless Technique using this Battle-Proven method of Instruction. Your Progress is measured on one’s own development and NOT based on Money, Time Spent, or Politics. When you improve and show the ability to apply what you have learned, you will move up the Ranks just like you deserve. Classes are 1 Hour of Technique and Drills, and then an Open Mat Free-Roll in which our Jiu Jitsu coach participates and critiques your Technique in order to increase your aptitude.

 

MMA:Mixed Martial Arts:

The Tried and True most complete and effective fighting styles put together. Sometimes referred to as “Ultimate Fighting”, it is a Mixture of Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu/Submission Grappling, Wrestling, Judo and all other Martial Arts. Become a tremendously well-rounded Martial Artist and achieve whatever your Fitness Goals are at the same time. Its the Ultimate Fighting Class!!!

 

Wrestling

The Pinnacle of Ground Control. We teach and employ techniques used in Freestyle, Greco-Roman, and Collegiate or Folkstyle Wrestling. Wrestling is primarily used in MMA for controlling your opponent with Takedowns, Position Control, Throws, and getting back up to your Feet. An Hour long Class covering all Wrestling Bases with Conditioning.

 

Ab’s Class

One Word: CHISEL! Looking for a little more Love and a little less Handle? Want a Flat Stomach, Tight Ab’s and a Thin Waist? In this 30-Minute Workout you’ll sculpt those Ab’s and Tone those Muscles.

 

Kettlebells

Work on your Strength and Conditioning in this Russian-Inspired Butt-Kicking Weight Training Class! Kettlebells will undoubtedly improve your Core Strength while working up a sweat.

 

Combat Conditioning

Our most popular Cardio-Fitness Training Program. Follow your Trainer on this Circuit-Training Odyssey that is a similar blend of Bootcamp Style and Cross-Fit. Use Tires, Sledgehammers, Logs, Kegs, Ropes and other Torture-Devices to Shatter your Fitness Goals! ANY Fitness Level is just fine to take part in this Class…You’ll Love it!
